Check the registered association

PRELIMINARY STEP

1. Create an account on PUESC - if you have not already done so.
   Note! Select "EXTENDED SCOPE OF RIGHTS”.
   When registering under "PURPOSE OF REGISTRATION", select the option:
   "I want to associate myself with a company to send:

• customs declarations,
• Intrastat,
• excise declarations,
• SENT declarations,
• e-DD,
• applications and other documents.”

Sign the registration application. If you send an unsigned application, you will have to confirm your identity in person.

2. Register your company - if it is not registered. Check how to do this in the service Register company data on PUESC.
   You can check if your company is registered - use the entity finder provided in the Check if the company is registered service.
   If data of your company which is already registered on PUESC is not up-to-date, please use Change your company details on the PUESC portal service.
3. Associate a person with a company - check how to do it in the service Associate a representative with a company.
   It must be clear from the authorisation given to the representative or from the statement made by the employer to the employee that the representative/employee has the special entitlement "View list of all representatives".
   If you are the owner of the entity, i.e. you are a sole proprietor or you are entitled to represent the entity yourself (based on entries in the KRS or in the contract of partnership), you do not need to present an authorisation, the scope of representation is indicated in the application.
   You can check with which entities you are associated at any time.
   If you have the "View list of all representatives" authorisation, you will be able to check with whom the entity is associated.

Log in to the PUESC.

STEP 1

Open the List of represented entities

in the tab

My Desktop | My Data

STEP 2

Change login context

Select the context of the company whose data you want to check.

To do this:

• select in the first link the company whose data you want to check.

If you are an employee of a customs agency:

• select in the first linkage the company, e.g. the customs agency, with which you are associated,
• select in the second link the company with which your customs agency is linked.

STEP 3

Open the List of Represented Entities

In the tab

My Desktop | Entity data

select in the section "Show data in SISC": List of Entity Representatives.

You can choose between the List of Entity Representatives and List of Represented Entities tabs.
