Change your data

With the service you can change your data registered on your PUESC portal account.

You can also change the scope of rights from basic to extended.

To change your data, you need to prepare a login and password for the portal and an electronic signature (qualified signature or trusted signature or customs certificate).

STEP 0

Log in to the PUESC.

STEP 1

Fill in the application

If you wish to change your data:

  1. Select application WRR0002 Update person data [SZPROT]

or

go to My Desktop | My Data and in the details select: "Update user data".

  1. On the first tab of the application, select the data you wish to change or enter. You can select one or more options from:
  • I want to update my personal data - here you will change your first name, last name,
  • I want to obtain or give, as an indyvidual,  EORI number to:
    • submit applications in cases of filing an intellectual property rights infringement claim,
    • act as a representative in customs declarations,
  • I want to update my contact details - here you will change your contact details (e-mail address, telephone number), as well as your mailing address,
  • I want to modify or provide the data necessary to be associated with a company in order to send
    • customs declarations,
    • Intrastat,
    • excise declarations,
    • SENT declarations,
    • e-DD,
    • applications and other documents.

The option "I want to modify or enter the data necessary to link to a company" is intended for:

  • customs agents - here you will enter your registration number in the list of customs agents,
  • persons who wish to send customs declarations for import and export procedures - here you tick the relevant declaration,
  • persons who wish to provide a dedicated contact for one of the services:
    • INTRASTAT,
    • EMCS PL.
  • I want to provide or change the data concerning the place of consumption of the products exempt from excise duty:
    • if you are an individual and consume excise-exempt LPG, you can register in the Central Register of Excise Entities (CRPA),
    • if you are a flat-rate farmer and do not have a tax identification number (NIP) - tick the appropriate declaration and register the excise-exempt goods you consume in the Central Register of Excise Entities (CRPA).

Data should be provided on separate application tabs, the visibility of which depends on the selected purpose of the update.

To move to the next tab, select the Next button.

  1. On the last tab of the application, you must accept the required necessary statements. Then select the Finish and create document button.
  2. Go to the tab:
My Desktop | To send and drafts | Documents to send.

STEP 2

Sign the application

You can do this in three ways:

  1. with a qualified electronic signature,
  2. with an advanced electronic signature verified with a customs certificate,
  3. with a trusted signature using a trusted profile.

Note! If you have changed your name and you have a new qualified certificate issued for the changed data, sign the application form with an advanced electronic signature verified with a customs certificate or with a trusted signature using a trusted profile.

Confirm your identity

In case you have an account with basic scope of rights and you want extended access, you need to confirm your identity. You can confirm your identity in a simple and convenient way - by signing the form with a qualified signature or a trusted signature (i.e. using a trusted profile).

If you have previously had a basic scope of rights and electronically sign an application form to update your person data, this will update your account on the PUESC portal and add an extended scope of rights.

If you want to change the basic to extended scope of rights on the PUESC portal without using an electronic signature, check how to do it.

STEP 3

Send the application and check that you have received the UPO

  1. In the tab:

My Desktop | To send and drafts | Documents to send

select and send the application.

  1. Go to the tab:

My Desktop | My cases and documents | Documents

and check that you have received an Official Receipt of Proof of Origin (UPO). The UPO confirms that you have submitted your application electronically. You will find the document in My Desktop | My cases and documents.

Your application will then be submitted for verification.

  1. Until we have processed your application, the case under the tab:

My Desktop | My cases and documents | Cases

will have the status "pending".

NOTE! The request you send will be verified in the system. This may take a few days. Wait for a response.

STEP 4

Check that you have received confirmation that the individual's details have been updated

Log in to your account and go to My Desktop | My Cases and Documents | Documents, then locate the document named: "Confirmation of data update of an individual".

NOTE! If the application cannot be processed by the case handler, a document called "Individual's identity verification call-out document" will appear under My Desktop | My cases and documents| Documents. Read it - highlight it and select "Preview Document" and then the "Preview Attachments" tab.
